One of the questions I’m often asked is what draws me to this work.
The truth is, I’m deeply connected to the people I support. I work with highly sensitive women, mothers, and birthing people because I understand what it’s like to feel deeply, to carry a lot internally, and to move through life and parenthood in a way that can feel intense at times.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, to question yourself, and to wonder if you’re “too much” or somehow not doing it right.
And I also know how much it matters to have the right kind of support.
What You Might Be Navigating
I specialize in supporting women, mothers, and birthing people navigating:
pregnancy and postpartum
birth trauma and difficult birth experiences
the early years of motherhood
anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional intensity
highly sensitive women, perfectionism, and strong inner critics
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply caring. They often hold a lot for others, while quietly feeling overwhelmed themselves.
My work is about creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and no longer have to carry it all on your own.
How We Work Together
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and gently explore what’s coming up for you.
I integrate approaches like Brainspotting, resourcing, and body-based awareness to support you in understanding your patterns, processing your experiences, and feeling more connected to yourself.
This is a space where you don’t have to be anything other than who you are.
You won’t be judged, rushed, or told to “get over it.”
Instead, we focus on building self-understanding, self-compassion, and a sense of steadiness within yourself.
Why This Work Matters to Me
As a mother, I know how intense and transformative pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood can be. It can bring up so much emotionally, physically, and internally in ways that aren’t always talked about or supported enough.
I feel deeply honored to support other women, mothers and birthing people through these experiences.
What It’s Like to Work Together
When you work with me, you have someone in your corner.
You’re the one creating change in your life, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll be there alongside you, supporting you, being real with you, and gently helping you explore the patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.
You’ll never be “too much” here.
You’ll be met with care, curiosity, and respect.
You deserve support in this season of your life and a space where you can feel understood.
